Bridges of Hope
Faith communities are on the front lines of ministering to those who are hurting, breaking bread, feeding and clothing people, comforting those who grieve. Partner with NAMI to learn new skills to help you build up mental wellness in your community, and gain a long-term ally.
Ending The Silence
Ending the Silence is an in-school presentation designed to teach middle and high school students about the signs and symptoms of mental illness, how to recognize the early warning signs and the importance of acknowledging those warning signs.
Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid USA is an 8-hour training to teach participants how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. This class is appropriate for anyone over the age of 18 who wants to learn more about mental health conditions.
The Community Wellness Center
The Community Wellness Center is a warm and inviting community resource for anyone looking to learn more about mental health and to develop skills and tools to increase and strengthen their overall wellness. The Community Wellness Center offers free mental health and wellness education, classes and referrals.
Stress Less 201: Mental Fitness
Stress Less 201: Mental Fitness is a free in-school presentation for middle and high school students. A follow-up to Stress Less: Resilience for Success, this program teaches stress management techniques including failure and growth mindset, progressive muscle relaxation, and many more.
Stress Less: Resilience for Success!
Stress Less: Resilience for Success is an in-school presentation for middle and high school students. Teenagers are experiencing stress at high levels for many different reasons: school, friendships, family relationships, extracurricular activities, and more.
Yoga
Join NAMI Met Sub’s Yoga Night with Teresa Mikuls.

Workplace Wellness
NAMI offers educational presentations to better understand and implement workplace wellness. We all have mental health, just like we have physical health. Mental health plays a large role in employee productiveness, job satisfaction, and overall health.
