School Mental Health Education
Family Support
NAMI Metro Suburban provides one-time and ongoing support to all adult caregivers and loved ones of those living with mental health conditions. Support can include support groups, classes and workshops, 1:1 support and providing resources. Family Support aims to provide education and resources, as well as community and improved wellbeing for caregivers and their loved ones.
Workplace Wellness
NAMI offers educational presentations to better understand and implement workplace wellness. We all have mental health, just like we have physical health. Mental health plays a large role in employee productiveness, job satisfaction, and overall health.
Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid USA is an 8-hour training to teach participants how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. This class is appropriate for anyone over the age of 18 who wants to learn more about mental health conditions.
