Beginner Yoga is back!
Join us for Beginner Yoga Class via WebEx and enjoy wellness from the comfort of your own home.
Classes take place on the following Tuesdays at 7pm:
June 9th and 23rd, July 7th and 21st, August 4th and 18th, Sept. 1st and 15th, Oct. 6th and 20th, Nov. 3rd and 17th, Dec. 1st and 15th

What is it?
The Community Wellness Center is a warm and inviting community resource for anyone looking to learn more about mental health and to develop skills and tools to increase and strengthen their overall wellness. The Community Wellness Center offers free mental health and wellness education, classes and referrals.
Prior class topics have included:

- Substance Use and Mental Illness
- Understanding Eating Disorders in Adolescents
- Electronic Addiction
- Understanding the Teen Brain
- Gender Diversity
- Mindfulness and Balance
- Beginners Yoga
- and many others.
What you’ll gain?
Classes are taught by professionals on a wide range of mental health topics including understanding the signs and symptoms of mental illness, knowing the early warning signs and understanding the importance of early detection and treatment. A wide range of classes are offered including managing anxiety, mindfulness practices and yoga.
Enrollment is free. CEUs are available.
