Manager of the IPS Supportive Employment Program
Latesha Pike is a dual master’s degree clinician and serves as the Manager of the IPS Supportive Employment Program at NAMI Metro Suburban. She possesses a master’s in Human Resource Management and a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from National Louis University. Latesha anticipates earning her Counseling Licensure (LPC) soon. Latesha has worked in the mental health field for 7 years, starting in direct services as an employment specialist before transitioning into program management. Latesha has extensive experience working with students, clients, and the community promoting mental health and empowering clients to prepare for college, careers, and healthy living. Latesha is also skilled in career development, advising, and finance, with over 20 years of experience supporting colleges, public housing authorities, financial institutions, and non-profits.
