IPS Supportive Employment Program
What Is IPS?
Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based practice supported by Dartmouth University. NAMI’s IPS adherence to best practice guidelines has made NAMI a leader in the field of employment for people with severe mental illness.
A NAMI Employment Specialist will work with you to come up with a career plan focused on your personal goals and preferences. The focus is on finding a balance between employment and your own recovery goals.
